Frequently Asked Questions
Hello! I have created this FAQ to answer some of the most common questions I get. Please read below before messaging me, I don’t want your inquiry lost in the miasma of the internet.
What camera do you use?
When scouting a location, I use an iPhone 14 Pro Max. For my professional shots, I use a Sony SLT- Alpha 57 A-mount. The lenses are a Sony DT 50 mm (F1.8) SAM Macro lens, a Tamron DT 16-300 mm (F/3.5-6.3) auto-zoom telephoto lens, a Sony 18-55 mm (F/3.5-5.6) SAM lens, a Sony 2.8/16 Fish-Eye lens, and a Minolta AF APO Tele Zoom 80-200 1:2.8 (32) telephoto lens.
How did you get started photographing?
Photography began as a hobby when I was around 10- to 12-years-old. From there, I took photos on and off for about a decade. After traveling abroad in 2013, my passion for photography started gaining traction. I was gifted a professional camera body (the same one I use today). I have learned through trial and error, as well as taking a few classes both in person and online over the years. For the full story about my photography journey, read here.
Do you sell your original art or do commission work?
I do not do commissions. Currently, my photography is sold online via Printique, a print-on-demand company. My original art is sold at art shows and craft fairs. Schedules can be found in Bloomin’ Fibers or the Archived Portfolio.
Who took my photos?
I did, 99% of the time. I work mainly in landscapes, inanimate objects, and macro photography. For branding photography, I hired Brittany of Eclectic Branding Co. Any photo where I am put together and in the frame was taken by her.
Who did your tattoos?
I have a more detailed post about all my tattoos and my journey here.
All of my body tattoos are done by @chrisxedge. Chris works out of Hart and Huntington Co. Orlando at Universal Citywalk, Universal Studios in Florida, USA.
My head tattoos are done by @blckbeardart who owns and works out of Luna Nuova Tattoo in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
My neck tattoo is by Yashfyr Hernandez of @yash_arts currently working out of Prisma in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

My piercings are by Alycia Marie from Lucky’s Tattoo & Piercing in Northampton, MA, and by Pixie Sic at Infinite Body Piercing in Philadelphia, PA. Both locations are Association of Professional Piercers (APP) certified.
